WirePoint Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing WirePoint! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to assist you with our returns policy.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are found to be defective.

2. Timeframe for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
•    Contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@wirepointsupply.com within the specified return period.
•    Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

4. Shipping Your Return
Once your return is authorized, please package the item securely and include the original packing slip or a note with your name and order number. Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

5. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
